I was luckily enough that my husband got a ticket for the celebrations at Fords Dunton, celebrating 100 years in Britain (it was actually last year )

It was a family day with lots of different activities. It was actually good, I have never been into the plant, except the workers car park, so got to see few things not usually seen!

In the managers conference room they had all old cars, with a projection screen in the background showing all different cars, one caught my eye – Stuarts MK1 RS2000

The wing mirrors on this car are odd, it is off a prototype

They had lots of bits on show, new engines, old engines, ideas.

They even have their own racetrack there

Stuart was asked to be part of the celebration parade with his car

There was lots of entertainment, with the lovely Beverley Knight closing the show – absolutely brilliant as usual!
